Online Purchase Policy

Requirements for Returns or Exchanges for purchases made online:

  • 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Item(s) are unused and have all original tags/packaging attached.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required.
  • Customer pays for return shipping and will be charged a restocking fee.

To initiate a return or exchange for purchases made online, please email orderfulfillment@bristmfg.com

Exchanges for purchases made online can also be made in-store by following the In-store Exchange Policy.


In-Store Exchange Policy

Requirements for In-Store Exchanges for purchases made Online or In-Store:

  • 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Item(s) are unused and have all original tags/packaging attached.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required.

To initiate an in-store exchange, please visit the Mt. Baker Mountain Shop located at the White Salmon Day Lodge, Heather Meadows Mountain Shop, or the Bellingham Business Office during operational hours. Exchanges are subject to the requirements listed above and at the discretion of the Mountain Shop Supervisor.

No In-Store Refunds on Purchases Made In-Store or Online.
